I found this site while looking for something different from Hot or Not (remember that). Little did I realize at the time just how important part of my life this place would be...
I was a shy person and was actually scared to join at first...but then I began to climb out of my shell and perused the forums and slowly began to talk to people and even began to write in my journal..
It really was the first place where i felt I could truly be my geeky/nerdy sometime crazy self and not be judged for it.
One thing lead to another and I made lots and lots of friends....Some I have managed to keep in with over the past 10 years some which I have fallen out of contact with..
But now I get I chance to reconnect with some of those which I had fallen out of contact with and that is a spiffy thing and I also get a chance to make some new friends that I may have missed the first time around.
You know the memories have really started to flood back into my mind like a good kill streak in Call of Duty..

Corrrupting my mind- (you know who you are lol)

the owner of the site being a asshole (well its not a good memory but still a memory)
the phone bill for all the people I called and talked to hours and hours
All the great journals I read-too many to name lol
Fan signs-and really we were talking selfies long before it was the trendy thing to do
swydm crushes and yes I had quite a few (maybe a topic for another blog entry :P)
